Gran Maestro Rosso Puglia IGT, 750ml, Vigne del Maestro
With a garnet red colour, the nose is a harmonic and fine blend of dried cramberries, currants, nutmeg and pepper. In the mouth it is vibrand with ripe berry fruits, smooth with velvety tannins. The very long finish features the typical notes of the “Appassimento” technique, that is raisins and spices . Great match with game, roasted red meats and sharp cheeses.
